We express events with type 1 (if clause) at the moment or in the future when a certain condition is met. Starting a sentence with a basic sentence does not change the meaning. The basic sentence refer to the action that can occur when the condition is fulfilled. One of them is the basic sentence and the other is the condition sentence.
